Terms and Conditions

All goods remain the property of bigfurrycat.co.uk until they are delivered to you and cleared payment has been made in full. Payment must be made in full before items are shipped. Risk of damage or loss shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery or attempted delivery, including failure to take delivery on the part of the customer.

We will be happy to make a refund or exchange of any item returned to us within 21 days of the order being placed, as long as the item is returned in an 'as new' state. As new is defined as the same condition that the item was in when mailed to the customer (person placing the order) and remaining in a resalable state. The exceptions to our returns policy are for consumables, perishables and personalised items. The customer is liable for any cost of postage and packing for any items returned or exchanged.

All transactions are checked prior to orders being sent out. Please make sure that the details you give us are correct. We accept no responsibility for any order delayed as a result of incorrect payment details being given. For personalised items it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate. This includes names, dates, occasions, places and venues. We cannot be held liable for errors which occur due to incorrect information being provided by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All deliveries are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock or no longer available, the customer will be informed and an alternative or full refund offered. Any dates quoted for delivery of orders are approximate only and bigfurrycat.co.uk will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the orders, however caused. If bigfurrycat.co.uk fails to deliver the order for any reason, other than causes beyond bigfurrycat.co.uk reasonable control, or the Customer's error, if bigfurrycat.co.uk is liable to the Customer, bigfurrycat.co.uk liability shall be limited to the invoice value of the goods only. The Customer shall, upon delivery, examine the goods and shall promptly notify bigfurrycat.co.uk of any apparent damage, defect or shortage within 7 days of delivery.

Bigfurrycat.co.uk provides this website on a 'what you see' basis and makes no warranty or representations as to the accuracy of the information provided, that the services offered will be error free or uninterrupted or that the products will be suitable or merchantable for a particular purpose. In the event of a claim we will be limited to the value of the goods, if defective and will in no way extend to consequential loss, howsoever caused. All illustrations, designs and general descriptions contained on the bigfurrycat.co.uk website or otherwise provided to the customer are intended for general guidance only and are approximate indications of the type, size or colour of goods intended to represent a general idea of the goods described therein and shall not be binding on bigfurrycat.co.uk.

Bigfurrycat.co.uk shall not be liable or in breach of contract for failure to deliver or perform any of their obligations in relation to the goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond bigfurrycat.co.uk reasonable control. Bigfurrycat.co.uk accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage or loss by users or third parties, resulting from the use of our Website, however incurred.
